We provide bookkeeping and related advisory services. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax, audit, or legal services.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. No indirect or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, with venue in Wake County, NC.

Engagement

Engagements are month‑to‑month. Either party may terminate with written notice. We may request access and documentation necessary to perform services.
